Is OnlinePdfConverter safe to use?

We take your privacy seriously and always take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of your personal information. By default we do not leave any logs of you and all personal data from our system is automatically deleted after 30 minutes. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our system, please contact us.

Do you keep copies of my files?

We do not keep copies of your files. You can delete the files from our servers immediately after conversion. Don't worry if you forget to delete it. Your files are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 minutes.

Does OnlinePdfConverter get legal rights to the files I upload?

No. We do not intend to obtain legal rights to your files. Also, all user files are deleted after 30 minutes. That is, the copyright and ownership of the original file and the converted file remain intact. We do not own or have exclusive rights to your content.

A security issue has been found. How do I report it?

We know how important it is to protect your privacy and security. If you think you've found a security issue, we're happy to work with you to fix it. Please contact us to report the problem.

Can others see my converted files?

No. We do not read, examine, or make copies of your files. All file handling is fully automated by the system. So there is no human interaction with the file.

When converting MS Office documents to PDF, the font is changed to a different font than the original document.

If the font used in the document you upload is a font that is not in our system, it will be changed to the default font. To avoid this issue, embed fonts in your document before converting the file.

Are there any files that cannot be converted?

Conversion is not possible if the original document is damaged or if other protections such as passwords or DRM are enabled on the original document.

The converted document looks different from the original document.

While using the PDF compression tool or the PDF to Office tool, the formatting of the document may change slightly. It doesn't happen often, but it's essential to address these issues and improve our service. please contact us.

Conversion takes too long.

If the document uploaded by the user has too many pages or the file is large, the conversion process on the cloud server may take a long time. In some cases, the conversion may fail due to waiting timeout.

An error occurred while uploading the file.

Our online tools will block the upload in our system if it determines that the file you are trying to upload contains malware. We recommend that you check the file you want to upload once again.

Where are downloaded files stored?

It will be saved to the default Downloads folder on your device.

My credit card payment has been processed. What happened?

Our service is 100% free of charge. Also, it is not operated as a membership system, and there is no procedure to request card payment information. Make sure you have not paid for other conversion services that operate on a membership basis and require payment of a service fee.

I want to use the PDF conversion API for my service. What should I do?

We are currently discussing the Rest API service due to many inquiries from users about using the conversion API. When specific details are decided, we will inform you through a notice.

Please note that the response itself will be rejected if it is determined that the file attached to the inquiry email contains a malicious script.
